Copper Valley Academy of Music (CVAM) in association with the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts is now offering three new music classes for young people this fall. "Music Makers for Toddlers" and "Music Makers for Pre-School", are classes for children ages 18 months-3 years, and 3-5 years, accompanied by a parent or caregiver. These classes will focus on the exploration and enjoyment of music and movement which will help to lay the foundation for a lifetime of musical experiences.

For children entering grades 1-6, the Academy is pleased to announce the formation of a children's choir. "The Copper Valley Children's Choir" will emphasize vocal growth, music literacy and performace readiness. It is designed to be a natural supplement for school music programs. No auditions are required.

In addition to our new classes, private lessons will continue to be offered. Private voice lessons are available for individuals ages 12 and older who want to develop confidence and skill in singing and performing. The Copper Valley Academy of Music is celebrating its eighth year of teaching in the Globe/Miami community. Located on the ground level of the Old Courthouse Building in Downtown Globe, the academy offres a central location where young and old alike can develop their musical talents.
